Any school that wishes to start a new program, needs funding for this. And when starting an entire school, funding is even more critical. The best funding to receive is one that is sufficiently large to cover much of the school or program development costs, and also does not need to be paid back. In other words, receiving a grant, and usually the largest grants are some form of government grant. I have successfully written many government grants, including state grants such as the Career Technical Education Incentive Grant (CTEIG), and federal grants administered by the state, including the Vocational Education Basic Grant (commonly called Carl Perkins), the WIOA, Title II: AEFLA Grant, and the Public Charter School Grant (PCSGP).
Producing Over a Half Million Dollars of Grant Funding
Overview
All schools can used additional funding, but charter schools when they first start especially need funding. The Public Charter School Grant Program (PCSGP) can provide a half million dollars of funding. But as with any grant, it needs to be written right.
